Clarke comes again!

Clarke came out to stay with us again! Gage loves Clarke and any time he would talk to Clarke he would always begin or end the sentence by saying Clarke's name......."Where are you going, Clarke?" "Clarke, come here to show you something." It's the only person he does it with and it makes us smile!

Clarke watched Gager while I went to work and the two had fun going to the park and playing.

 Gage's 2nd Birthday - August 16th, 2012.

The birthday boy started the morning off with a "bang." :)

 At lunch Rob and I met Clarke and Gage for a frozen yogurt treat.

 Gager got to keep the party going all day because after Rob and I were done with work,  we went to Chuck E Cheese.

Birthday Cupcakes for our spirited, energetic, incredibly smart, and always on the go 2 year old little guy!!  We love him and all the fun and personality he brings into our lives :)

Our Turn for a Vacation

I decided to be brave and book a flight out west for me and Gage.  I wanted to go see Kayla's new little baby and I needed to fly before Gage turned 2, so we booked the flight before I could think twice about how hard it might be to fly solo with Gager.  Gage was as expected......NOT EASY!! On the flight home, I had a little help getting him to sleep and once he was asleep he slept for the last 2 1/2 hours of the flight.  We had so much fun and wanted to stay a little longer but I wanted to get home so that Rob and I could be together to celebrate our 5 year anniversary (Aug 8th ).

 We celebrated Gage's 2nd birthday out there (even though it was a little early). I had taken a ton of cute pictures but I can't find the jpeg I saved them too :(  We started out the morning by going to Trev's farm.  Gage got to pick apples, feed the cows, and ride the tractor.  We then went to a cattle auction; which he loved!  After his nap we took him to the park where he opened presents, had cake, and then played his little heart out!

Gage was supposed to give the cookie to Rob for Father's Day, not eat it :)

 Rob loves the 4th of July and Gage followed in his father's footsteps this year. Gage left the Fire House and the Parade in tears because he didn't want to leave either of them.
